When you send a join request we keep what you write in the form:

• the organization's name and type
• the contact person's name and role
• email, mobile number and city
• how you would take part, and your message
• the language and date of the request

The form asks for no data about the people your organization serves.

The website sets no cookies on visitors' devices and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only session cookie belongs to content editors signed in to the admin panel.

We use your IP address at the moment you send the form to protect the site from repeated requests, and we do not store it with the request. Our servers may log general technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting only.

We use the request to review it and contact you about it, to arrange the introductory meeting, and to prepare a partnership if we agree on one. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell or rent it.

We process the request on the basis of the consent you give when you send it, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Requests are stored in a database on servers inside Saudi Arabia, and their backups stay inside the Kingdom too. A notification with the details of each new request reaches NASAQ's official inbox so the team can follow up.

Only authorized NASAQ staff can see the requests.

We share request data with no one outside NASAQ, except the technical providers that host the website or send its email on our behalf, and only as far as that requires, or when a law or a competent authority obliges us to disclose it.

We keep a request while we review it and correspond about it, and then for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract between us requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner. After that we destroy the data or remove anything that identifies you.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can:

• know how and why your data is collected
• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• ask us to correct or update it
• ask us to destroy it once it is no longer needed
• withdraw your consent to its processing

Email info@nasaqpro.sa and we will answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Access to requests is limited to authorized staff with protected accounts, and the connection between your browser and the website is encrypted.

We may update this policy when the website or the regulations change, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
