One platform in development, two next, four under study

Every platform goes through five phases before it opens to the sector, with launch partners in each one.

How a platform is built and run

Where each platform stands today across the five phases.

  1. Needs analysis

With our partners we find a recurring need in one of the tracks, and check its size and how it is handled today.

  2. Methodology

We set the methodological reference the tool is built on and write its steps in a form a platform can carry.

  3. Co-design

We design the platform with organizations and supporting bodies from the same field and review every stage with them.

  4. Pilot

We run it with launch partners on real data and adjust it to their feedback before release.

  5. Release and development

We open the platform to the sector and add capabilities by actual use and members' priorities.
